Privacy
In short: what data we ask for, why, and what your rights are.
Who
Ultimate Fightclub T.U.F. Dragons, represented by Kurt, Bisschoppenhoflaan 353, 2100 Deurne. Send questions about your data to info@tufdragons.be.
What data
When you book a trial lesson: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the class you pick. If you are under 18, also the name, email address and optionally the phone number of a parent or guardian. To keep out spam, when you book we keep a scrambled code of your IP address, for at most a day. When you become a member: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, language and the plan you pick; when and from which IP address you accepted the house rules; your payments and receipts; the expiry date of your VKBMO licence; your pauses with the reason you give; when you come in at the door; and whether you have read the club's messages. If you are under 18, also the name and email address of a parent or guardian, and when and from which IP address they gave consent. We do not ask for any medical data.
Why
To schedule your trial lesson, give you a day pass and contact you about that lesson. As a member: to check your pass at the door, keep track of your membership fee and insurance, make your receipts and send you the club's messages. This is needed for your membership; we keep your payments because the law requires it. Your date of birth tells us whether a parent or guardian needs to sign you up.
How long
If you do not become a member, we delete your data no later than 12 months after your trial lesson. As a member, we keep your data for as long as you are a member. We keep your payments and receipts for 7 years, as the law requires; after that we make them anonymous. We never sell or share your data for advertising.
Where
Your data is stored on servers in the European Union. For that we work with Supabase (database), Vercel (website) and Resend (email).

Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your data. Email us. Your payments do have to be kept for 7 years. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
